Firefox Browser

There are some good browsers out there and some bad ones.  We recommend that you get Firefox.  You can get a free copy of this browser here: www.mozilla.com

FTP

FTP stands for File Transfer Protocol.  It is a way to transfer files to your server.  Your host provider will provide you with an FTP hostname, username, and password.  Some of you might want to access your server.  You would do this through what is called an FTP client.  If you are looking for an Free FTP client, we recommend Fire FTP.  This is a plugin for your Firefox browser.  you can find it here: http://fireftp.mozdev.org/
