IMAGE & LOGO SIZES

• IMAGES: You want to size your images 1600x1200 you DO NOT want to exceed that size.
• CONTACT CARD LOGO: you should size it at least 200x100 pixels.
• BACKGROUND logo or the WATERMARK logo you need to take info consideration how big you want your logo to show up behind your slideshow and how big you want your watermark on your images.

GET STARTED

LOGIN TO THE BACK END

• Go to: www.YourWebsiteAddress.com/darkroom/share/admin
• Type your USERNAME and PASSWORD
• Click SUBMIT

SET UP A CLIENT

• Click GALLERY ADMIN
• Click ADD NEW GALLERY
• Type the name of the client (ie: smith, jones, etc) (HINT: do not use characters like: &, %, $, *, etc. Also, this folder name will be the clients login and it will be case sensitive.
• Click CREATE

• Now, Click on the folder that you just created
• Click ADD IMAGES/AUDIO TO SELECTED GALLERY
• Click BROWSE: Browse your computer for the images that you saved webready and the MP3 files.
• Click UPLOAD (HINT: once the files are done uploading, there will be an arrow next to the client folder name. Clcik the arrow to see the files.
• You are DONE.

IMAGE SIZES

• IMAGE SIZES: should be no larger than 1600x1200 (HINT:make sure to save them web-ready: 72 dpi)

DELETE A FILE

• Click GALLERY ADMIN
• Click the client folder you would like to EDIT
• Click the image you would like to delete (HINT: hold the control key to click on multiple files)
• Click DELETE SELECTED IMAGES
• Click YES, DELETE

DELETE A FOLDER

• Click GALLERY ADMIN
• Click the client folder you would like to Delete
• Click DELETE SELECTED GALLERY
• Click YES, DELETE

EDIT YOUR COLORS

Set up your default colors

• Click the arrow on SETUP FILES
• Click GLOBAL STYLE
• Edit the colors/settings
• Click on Save Settings at the bottom

Change the colors for a specific client

• Click the arrow on GALLERY ADMIN to reveal all of the client folders
• Click the client folder you would like to EDIT
• Edit the colors/settings
• Click on Save Settings at the bottom
• HINT: Note: once you change a specific gallery on its own, it will not use the Global Settings. If you would like it to use the global settings in the future, you must select "Revert to Global" to do so.

ADD YOUR CONTACT INFO, LOGO, WATERMARK

• Click the arrow on SETUP FILES
• Click CLIENT INFO
• Edit the information
• Click on Save Settings at the bottom
