Make sure that you have actually activated your the ITDR Admin plugin.

On the left hand side of the wordpress navigation panel, make sure you both activate the "ITDR Admin":
Login > Plugins > ITDR Admin > Activate

Also, be sure to activate your purchased theme:
Login > Appearance > Themes > (Under your Theme Thumbnail) Activate

That should do it!
Have A Great Day !

@janine -- you probably moved your installation without giving us a heads up.  each install is tied to a unique url.  please submit a support ticket.

I have installed the theme Vanilla and Flaunt and Blogshow.  The only one that is showing up in the plugins is Blogshow.   I have activated Blogshow in the plugins.

I see Vanilla in the FTP directory: /public_html/vanilla-core and /public_html/vanilla-data,  It is not in the plugins directory.

I have access the theme in nameofmywebsite.com/vanilla-index.php?/admin/#design.  How do I have access to it in the Wordpress Dashboard?

I just installed everything with the help of a support agent and it still says the ITDR Admin is an invalid installation.
