Make blogshow populate wordpress featured image

I think its a good idea to always populate the wordpress featured image. If blogshow could do this for us it would be great.

...and make it so that it crops the image to the proper size (Rue)

Not sure the right place to crop is in blogshow. This should be done on a per theme/application basis. Its actually not that hard to use some css that would take the featured image and scale it to whatever dimension the theme requires. With the Rue theme I guess they just overlooked that and it will hopefully be fixed in next ugrade of Rue.

Saffron's feature image resizing is also jacked up. Not only does not it not resize, but it inserts the image into any existing gallery on the post :(

The RUE theme really needs this for the featured images on the Home page.  If the Radio buttons for Image Size worked that would be great.  We get a 300x300 option that would be perfect.  But selecting it doesn't do anything.  Anyway, Thanks!
