Create an info page (ie: About)

If you want to create a main button that links to a page, all you have to do is create a page.  the title of this page will automatically become a button in the main navigation. 

• Click "Pages" in the menu on the left
• Click "Add New"
• Type a Title, upload your image, and add text (same as a blog post)
• Click "Publish" on the right

Hint: If you want to move this button under another main button, find the "Page Attributes" on the right, and use the "Parent" drop down to select which page you would like it under.  Click "Update".

Creating a contact page

• Click "Pages" in the menu on the left
• Click "Add New"
• Type "Contact" in the title field.
• On the right, locate the "Page Attributes"
• In the "template" drop down, select "Contact"
• Click "Publish" on the right

Hint: the emails will be sent to the email you used when you signed up for WordPress. This can be changes by going to the "Settings" tab on the left menu, click "General" , find the email field, edit it, click "Save Changes" and the bottom.
