• Login to your admin area of your wordpress blog ( yoururl.com/blog/wp-admin )
• On the upper left hand side you will see an area that says, Posts, Media, Links, Pages.
• Click the tab that says, "Posts"
• Up top you will see "Edit Posts" next that you will see a button that says "Add New"
• Click the add new button and it will take you to the page where you can create a new post.
• The page will say "Add New Post"
• The top space is to add a title
• The second part is for the body. You will add your text here.
