Please send along the url in question along with your ticket -- if not, we're just gonna ask anyway. Without the url to the site your are having issues with, we can't be much help. If it's a blog, sending along your wordpress login information is probably a good idea. If you know you are about to request we do something to your server, your FTP information will probably be necessary.
